Membership in the Blood Club at York University offers students the opportunity to be directly involved with Canadian Blood Services through volunteer work and advocacy. Members gain firsthand experience in promoting blood donation, assisting with donor registration, and learning about eligibility requirements and the donation process. Being part of the club also provides priority access to volunteer opportunities, training sessions, and events offered by Canadian Blood Services, helping members build valuable skills while making a meaningful impact on campus and in the community.
