About Us
We at Lassonde Motorsports aim to compete in Formula SAE series of competitions. It’s an international university engineering design competition with the goal of designing and manufacturing a motorsports vehicle, and then competing with it in a series of dynamic and static events. The club’s mission is to provide students with practical engineering experience by collaboratively designing and building a competitive Formula SAE racecar. In other words, we aim to give members a hands-on, project-based education that goes beyond textbooks, while fostering teamwork and innovation.
