As Vice President at K2 Group, Shikha brings a powerful blend of experience across law, finance, and real estate. From practicing financial services law in the Cayman Islands to serving as in-house counsel at major Canadian banks, her work has focused on financial regulation and derivatives at the highest levels.

A graduate of York University Schulich School of Business and University of Windsor Faculty of Law, and called to both the Ontario and New York bars, she is also deeply committed to mentorship and community impact—including her involvement with the Royal Ontario Museum.
