Skill Development: Lead and organize Operation Smile events. Networking: Connect with dental professionals and peers. Volunteering: Support Operation Smile’s mission through community service. Education: Access workshops on cleft conditions and global health. Recognition: Earn certificates and awards for your contributions. Global Impact: Help provide surgeries for children in need. Resume Building: Gain valuable experience in healthcare and nonprofit work.
