Mission
We are a student government at York University who cater to our affiliated students from the School of the Arts, Media, Performance & Design (AMPD) and the Faculty of Education. Through academic, cultural, political, recreational and artistic programming, we strive to make students’ experiences here at York both academically fulfilling and socially satisfying. As we start each year off with Orientation Week, we look forward to providing our constituents with various resources and events throughout the year.

Membership Benefits
Our members become leaders in student community and leadership at York University's School of the Arts, Media, Performance & Design and the Faculty of Education. They gain access to council resources and connections at the Office of Student Community and Leadership Development in order to become the best college leaders they can be. Members have the opportunity to create or assist in creating a wide array of social and cultural programming, advocate for their peers and constituents and participate as an Orientation Week leader to assist incoming first-years with their transition from High School to University.
