This practice is designed to help you reconnect with your mind, body, and breath, offering a peaceful space to unwind and refocus. Through gentle yoga movements and guided meditation, we’ll explore mindfulness techniques to ground ourselves, release tension, and cultivate inner calm.
Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this session is for everyone—because mindfulness is a gift we all deserve. 💛
