Mission
The objectives of the Organization of Latin American Students are:
1. To provide the York University community and community with an insight into Latin American culture, customs, and tradition.
2. To assist the York University community with the integration process, allowing for relationships to be built between students.
3. To spread the knowledge of Latin American culture and grow the Latin American community for future generations at York University.

Membership Benefits
The Organization of Latin American Students has only one type of membership that is open to all York University students, outside community, staff, and faculty members. This membership is $12.00 CAD. The membership offers discounts to events/membership with partnered clubs that the organization hosts (e.g.: weekly dance lessons and language lessons) and to specific sponsors that the organization may have, as well as material goods (e.g.: t-shirt, water bottle, pen, etc).
