Responsibilities include:
- Engage members and build community by implementing strategies for member engagement
- Work with teams to recruit new members and expand outreach to boost student interaction (eg. tabling)
- Gather member feedback on experiences and interests to help improve club activities and identify opportunities
- Assist with promoting and supporting events both online and in person to encourage first-year involvement

Responsibilities include:
- Assist with the Journal Editorial Process
- Ensure published content meets journal standards for quality and integrity
- Help Senior Editors assess manuscripts for publication suitability
- Work with Editors and Advisors to coordinate article assignments and release schedules
